• The role is for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Generative AI teams, inspiring and managing engineers to drive performance and innovation.
• Responsibilities include developing robust AI-driven products and overseeing strategic project management.
• The team will focus on various AI areas including Conversations AI, Workflows AI, Voice AI, Support AI, and Platform AI, each with specific tasks such as developing AI solutions for appointment booking, optimizing workflows, and integrating AI with customer support systems.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have expertise with large scale Conversation Agents along with Response Evaluations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.Js and Vue.js (or React/Angular) is required.
• Experience in scaling services to at least 200k+ Monthly Active Users (MAUs) is necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study is required.
• Candidates should have 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Strong people, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
