Description:
- The Staff Engineer will be responsible for working with ERP Oracle Fusion HCM, including modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Learning Management, Time and Labor, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Administration.
- They will need to have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM apps implementation and maintenance, with experience in driving at least two end-to-end implementations.
- The role involves integrating third-party systems with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on data integration and ongoing maintenance of data jobs.
- Providing support for the existing setup environment, addressing daily issues, and implementing fixes.
- Desired expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Oracle Learning Management modules is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to articulate strategies, solutions, and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Providing functional leadership in ERP Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ensuring that all modules are integrated and working seamlessly.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex functional issues, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Total experience of 7+ years in the field.
- Strong experience in ERP Oracle Fusion HCM, including specific modules and functionalities.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM apps implementation and maintenance.
- Experience in integrating third-party systems with Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
- Functional leadership experience in ERP Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to provide innovative solutions.
