Requirements:

Expertise in Python or Ruby (Ruby on Rails), JavaScript (React), and TypeScript is essential.
Experience in leading teams to deliver impactful projects is necessary.
A comprehensive understanding of various testing methodologies is required to ensure high-quality user experiences.
Commitment to delivering pixel-perfect UI and upholding accessibility standards is expected.
Skills in building and utilizing RESTful web services are necessary.
A background in developing and sustaining design systems and design libraries is required.
Understanding of distributed application design patterns and asynchronous programming models is essential.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Datadog is required.
Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases is necessary.
Adherence to security best practices is expected.
Experience implementing LLM/AI into real-world applications is required.
Proficiency with Git and cloud technologies, preferably AWS, is necessary.
