Remote Staff Engineer (MongoDB,Node JS)

Description:

• The Staff Engineer position at Nagarro involves leading the design, development, and deployment of telecom-related applications and services.

• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining back-end services using Spring Boot and implementing front-end features using Node.js and React.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and its aggregation framework is required.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end development is necessary.
• Knowledge of Node.js for front-end development is essential.
• Familiarity with telecom domain concepts (e.g., billing, provisioning, network management) is preferred.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using OpenShift is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical teams are required.
• Proven software development experience in telecom or related industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with telecom protocols (e.g., SIP, SS7) is a bonus.
