Description:
As a Staff Engineer (SaaS Frontend), you will play a crucial role in guiding a cross-functional squad to deliver incremental changes to customers while keeping the long-term vision in mind.
You will be responsible for shaping the architectural vision of frontend applications and devising strategies to realize that vision.
Your tasks will include identifying opportunities for the team to enhance delivery capabilities, focusing on improving quality, security, and reducing system complexity.
You will assist in the running and maintenance of applications in production and contribute to the development and growth of team members.
Joining a team responsible for modernizing the Architecture and Technology stack of a Product, you will align with Tech and Product leadership to design solutions incorporating both Tech aspects and Business context.
Your application code will be written using technologies like Typescript, React, React-Native, Redux, React Query, Backbone, CSS, Git, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Your application will be deployed through automated pipelines in CI/CD and monitored using Business and Tech observability tools.
Requirements:
You should be experienced with the tech stack and have the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Proficiency in recognizing good technical design and ensuring quality in the software development process is essential.
Experience working with intricate and multifaceted systems involving various interconnected components and advanced technologies is required.
Ability to outline and implement a tech strategy supported by deep investigation and analysis is necessary.
Proven experience in a high-performing Agile development team that delivers continuously is a must.
Excellent communication skills are vital for producing presentations, documents, and artefacts suitable for a remote-first environment.
Passion for mentoring and empowering the team around you is crucial.
