Description:

  • The Staff Engineer, Salesforce position at Nagarro requires a total experience of 7+ years.
  • The role involves working with Salesforce technologies such as Lightning (LWC), Apex, Visual Force, and Force.com.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales cloud, Service cloud, and experience cloud (community cloud) is essential.
  • Responsibilities include application customization and development using Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Apex.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, SOAP, Rest API, etc.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle is required.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, Bit-Bucket Version Control is necessary.
  • Understanding of deployment activities (CI/CD) between Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle.
  • Fundamental knowledge of design patterns and effective communication skills with users, technical teams, and management.
  • Mentoring team members to meet client needs and ensuring high standards of delivery.
  • Ability to understand technology integration scenarios and apply learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of total experience in Salesforce.
  • Excellent working experience in Salesforce with Lightning (LWC) Apex, Visual Force, and Force.com.
  • Strong Knowledge of Sales cloud, Service cloud, experience cloud (community cloud).
  • Experience in Application customization and development, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex (classes and triggers).
  • Experience in integration of Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, SOAP, Rest API, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Tools such as Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, Bit-Bucket Version Control.
  • Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between the Salesforce environments.
  • Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of design patterns.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
  • Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
  • Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
