Remote Staff Engineer, ServiceNow

Description:

• The Staff Engineer position at Nagarro requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, with a focus on Service Portal, Webservices, ITSM, and ITOM.

• Mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of delivery, and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in Service Portal, Webservices, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow using scripting languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
