Remote Staff Front End Engineer

Description:

• The Staff Front End Engineer position at ServiceNow involves working in the Digital Technology department, focusing on transformation, experience, AI-driven automation, innovation, and growth.
• The role includes collaborating with a team of PMs, developers, designers, and researchers in the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team.
• Responsibilities include building high-quality, scalable, and reusable code, understanding detailed requirements, designing user-friendly software, contributing to new products and features, and mentoring colleagues.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, React, Vue, machine learning, and prompt engineering using open source LLM.
• Strong analytical and design skills, experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, SQL, and performance-scale considerations are required.
• The role involves leading complex projects, working in an agile environment, and handling multiple priorities efficiently.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, React, Vue.
• Full stack development capabilities with expertise in UI frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning and prompt engineering.
• Passion for JavaScript and web platform development.
• Strong analytical and design skills, ability to lead complex projects, and work in an agile environment.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, SQL, and performance-scale considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with on-shore and off-shore engineers.
