Remote Staff Front End Engineer

• The engineer will act as the front end technical lead, leading the development process and writing GraphQL server-side and client-side code.
• Responsibilities include leading code and design reviews, collaborating with product managers and designers, and implementing user-facing features.

Requirements:

• A BS/BA in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates must have 7+ years of professional front end development experience, with at least 3+ years in React.
• Experience as a technical lead or architect for an Agile Engineering team is necessary.
• The candidate should have experience mentoring engineers and delivering features through production.
• A strong understanding of performance considerations, GraphQL server development, and React/JavaScript frameworks is essential.
• Experience in architecting single-page applications and/or mobile-first web applications is required.
• The ability to collaborate across multiple teams and execute tasks is important.
• Experience with React Native and developing complex front end projects with interactive features is preferred.
• Candidates should have experience developing with and integrating APIs.
