Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex systems.
Strong expertise in web technologies, especially React/Next.js, and a willingness to learn new stacks.
In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectures.
Experience with AWS and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to implement customer-facing solutions that address customers' true needs and a commitment to the company's focus on helping people learn.
