Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex systems.
Strong expertise in web technologies, especially React/Next.js, and a willingness to learn new stacks.
Proficiency in modern software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectures.
Experience with AWS and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
Capability to implement customer-facing solutions that address true customer needs.
