Description:
The Staff Front-End Engineer position is a full-time contractor role based in South America, specifically in Uruguay.

The Staff Front-End Engineer will act as a technical leader and visionary for complex systems, providing guidance, mentorship, and shaping the system's vision.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex systems.
Strong experience with React and Typescript is preferred.
Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CD/CI workflows for Front-End services.
In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectures.
Experience with AWS and a willingness to learn new technology stacks.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to code, review others' code, and implement customer-facing solutions.
