The Staff Front-End Product Engineer will design and implement features for a platform that combines live video chat, multiplayer gaming, and modern web applications.
This role involves leading initiatives to improve meeting experiences and create opportunities for user interactions.
The engineer will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to develop and iterate on product features.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, guiding architectural decisions, writing maintainable code, and conducting code and design reviews.

Requirements:

Candidates must have excellence in front-end Typescript/React architecture and development.
Experience with NodeJS is required.
A strong intuition for well-designed software and well-written code is essential.
The candidate should enjoy customer interaction and be skilled at identifying core problems that the product can solve.
A proactive attitude with a bias toward action and the ability to balance quality and speed in development is necessary.
Intrinsic motivation and the ability to solve complex problems independently are important.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
