Description:

  • The Staff Frontend Engineer position at Celonis in Munich, Germany, involves working on building Dashboard capabilities for the Celonis Platform Views.
  • The role includes creating custom Dashboards for customers to visualize big data, trigger actions on different platforms, and integrate Dashboards into other EMS Apps.
  • The team is diverse, with members in Munich, Madrid, Prishtina, and remote locations, collaborating closely with PM and UX partners to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
  • Responsibilities include leading, designing, and implementing large-scale features, proposing architectural initiatives, mentoring teammates, and writing clean, testable code.
  • The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of frontend development experience, familiarity with reactive frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, or Svelte, proven leadership in complex projects, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Familiarity with Frontend reactive frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, or Svelte and State Management.
  • Proven leadership experience in large and complex projects.
  • Proven experience with assessing and enhancing performance of Large Scale Apps.
  • Proven experience with architectural impact in Large Scale Apps.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
