Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience working as a Software Engineer in a software development company is necessary.
• Strong frontend development experience in React is essential.
• You must be able to drive the design and implementation of complex technical systems across multiple teams.
• Experience in writing or refactoring code with a focus on maintainability and optimization is required, along with improving test coverage and contributing to high-quality code reviews.
• You should be able to write comprehensive technical designs that communicate technical tradeoffs and assumptions clearly.
• Continuous improvement of code quality and systems under your ownership is expected, including defining technical best practices.
• A proactive approach to delivering better solutions efficiently is necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields such as Physics or Mathematics with relevant experience, is required.
