The position requires mentoring other engineers, participating in an on-call rotation, and collaborating closely with UX designers and backend engineers.

Requirements:

You must have at least 8 years of experience working as a Frontend Software Engineer.
You should have developed excellent frontend applications using React.
A strong programming background, particularly in JavaScript or TypeScript, is required.
You need a solid understanding of web fundamentals, including CSS, HTML, HTTP, and web browsers.
Experience with accessibility, internationalization, and frontend performance optimization is essential.
You should have developed component libraries or implemented design systems.
The ability to transform static mockups into functional applications is necessary.
You should demonstrate a bias towards action and find ways to deliver better solutions efficiently.
Empathy and collaboration skills are important, as you will work well in a team environment.
Clear and effective communication skills are required.

The salary range for this position is $187,000 - $245,000 a year, depending on work experience and business needs.
