• BetterUp is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join their team in various locations including Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MI; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; and Washington D.C. - Metro Areas.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates should have deep experience in startups with a proven track record of building scalable system architectures, particularly for multi-sided marketplace platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset are necessary to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Extensive full-stack and data engineering experience across various industries and domains is required.
• Expertise in building enterprise applications using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, and AWS is essential.
• Candidates should be familiar with modern data technologies like DBT, Airflow, and Snowflake.
• Experience in Agile and Lean startup environments is preferred, along with the ability to deliver customer-centric product innovations.
