BetterUp is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join their team in various locations including Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MI; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; and Washington D.C. - Metro Areas.
The role involves leveraging expertise to craft groundbreaking solutions and architect robust, scalable systems.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates should have deep experience in startups with a proven track record of building scalable system architectures, particularly for multi-sided marketplace platforms.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset are necessary to navigate complex technical challenges.
Extensive full-stack and data engineering experience across various industries and domains is required.
Expertise in building enterprise applications using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, and AWS is essential.
Candidates should be familiar with modern data technologies like DBT, Airflow, and Snowflake.
Experience in Agile and Lean startup environments is preferred, along with the ability to deliver customer-centric product innovations.
