Remote Staff+ Full-Stack Engineer

• The Staff+ Full-Stack Engineer will collaborate with various teams across the company, including product, design, data, customer support, ops, and compliance.
• Responsibilities include working closely with other engineers to ship code, building and maintaining documentation, and solving complex problems related to real-world money movement and financial data at scale.
• The role requires 8+ years of development experience, proficiency in at least one backend language framework, and mobile development experience, preferably with React or React Native.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for their work, value quality in code and communication, demonstrate excellence in execution, and have a desire to continuously grow their skills.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of development experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one backend language framework.
• Mobile development experience preferred, preferably with React or React Native.
• Proficiency in writing efficient and scalable SQL queries, with experience in performance tuning.
• Ability to implement UI changes to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Passion for the craft and care for team members.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and demonstrating excellence in execution.
• Desire to keep growing skills and ability to learn quickly.

Benefits:

• The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 - $250,000.
