Description:

  • StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game ads, and digital out-of-home ads.
  • The company empowers thousands of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance every day.
  • As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will be involved in the development of the advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts the product's success.
  • You will work with large data sets and modern tech stacks including GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
  • The role involves leading a growing full-stack engineering team and addressing challenges in the digital advertising industry.
  • The Planning team focuses on building a data-driven planning experience that helps users forecast campaigns accurately.
  • Responsibilities include advising the team on technical approaches, architecting scalable web APIs, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and identifying performance issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in building highly performant web applications with excellent user experience.
  • Preferred knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go.
  • Extensive experience with a test-driven approach to coding using core full-stack technologies.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to create impactful end-to-end product experiences.
  • Experience with relational databases and key-value stores, as well as optimizing web application performance.
  • Experience leading modernization efforts to revamp legacy systems.
  • A strong ability to simplify complex problems and provide effective solutions.
