As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will be involved in the development of the advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts the product's success.
You will work with large data sets and modern tech stacks including GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
The role involves leading a growing full-stack engineering team and addressing challenges in the digital advertising industry.
The Planning team focuses on building a data-driven planning experience that helps users forecast campaigns accurately.
Responsibilities include advising the team on technical approaches, architecting scalable web APIs, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and identifying performance issues.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in building highly performant web applications with excellent user experience.
Preferred knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go.
Extensive experience with a test-driven approach to coding using core full-stack technologies.
Proven experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to create impactful end-to-end product experiences.
Experience with relational databases and key-value stores, as well as optimizing web application performance.
Experience leading modernization efforts to revamp legacy systems.
A strong ability to simplify complex problems and provide effective solutions.
