Description:

Phantom is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join their remote team and contribute to the development of their self-custodial wallet, which supports multiple blockchains including Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Polygon.
The role involves building user interfaces and cross-platform client infrastructure on the frontend, as well as creating APIs, data pipelines, and backend services.
Responsibilities include owning features on the Phantom web platforms, leading initiatives to support additional blockchains, interfacing directly with end-users and developers for feedback, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
A demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms is essential.
Experience in a blockchain-based project is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
Proficiency in the English language is required.
