Jane is seeking two Staff Full Stack Software Developers to join the Clinical Group.
The Clinical Group focuses on enabling healthcare practitioners to provide the best patient care by recording medical interactions and providing insights for continuous care.
The role involves working in a collaborative environment with passionate individuals to create high-quality software.
Responsibilities include reworking legacy code, designing user experience, planning new architecture, writing code, mentoring junior developers, and having fun.
The position is focused on backend development using Ruby on Rails, with opportunities for applicants with experience in Java, C#, Python, or Go.
Frontend development involves working with React, Typescript, and bundling tools like Webpack and ESBuild.
Jane's product supports healthcare practitioners in running their practices digitally through features such as online booking, charting, scheduling, telehealth, secure payments, and billing.

Requirements:

Embrace a growth mindset and creativity, thrive in ambiguous situations, and have experience enhancing legacy code for scalability.
Minimum of seven years of hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, including building new products from scratch.
Ability to quickly grasp technical standards, navigate stakeholder needs, and understand organizational architectures.
Significant experience in full-stack development, covering infrastructure, backend, and frontend. Familiarity with ElasticSearch is a plus.
Proven ability to mentor and support other developers in skill growth and confidence.
Experience in both early-stage startups and larger, structured environments is advantageous. Background in regulated industries like healthcare or payments is also a plus.

The annual salary for the role ranges from $146,400 to $228,600, with the expectation of being fully accomplished in the role reflecting a salary between $173,800 to $182,900.
