Remote Staff Fullstack Engineer

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, proficient in both front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and TypeScript, is preferred; knowledge of Python and cloud platforms is desirable.
• Proficiency with component libraries like Material UI and the ability to create custom, reusable components from Figma designs is necessary.
• A thorough understanding of front-end best practices for state management and architecture is required.
• Candidates should have experience leading small teams and mentoring other engineers.
• A proven ability to conduct research and understand user needs in collaboration with Product and User Experience teams is essential.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with a focus on data privacy and security is preferred.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, applied math, or a related field is preferred, but significant growth and impact as an engineer will also be considered.
• An open-minded approach to improving and defining the engineering organization is desired.

Benefits:
