Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of full-time software development experience, including proficiency in React.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in system design or architecture is required.
A product mindset is essential, with a focus on understanding customer problems to build effective solutions.
A solid background in algorithms and data structures is necessary.
Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and large language models (LLMs), is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment is preferred.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or tools for Finance teams is important.
An interest in Finance, particularly in FP&A, is beneficial.
