Remote Staff Fullstack Engineer, Fondue

Description:

• Postscript is seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join the Fondue team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the Fondue Cashback product line.
• The role involves designing and implementing microservices in Typescript using Node.js backed by MongoDB and other NoSQL datastores in an AWS environment.
• The ideal candidate will work in a fully remote position across a global team, with a preference for EST hours and early morning availability.
• The focus will be on developing a performant and feature-rich Cashback offering in the industry, replacing coupon codes with brand-embedded CashBack.
• The position requires experience in engineering SaaS products on a cloud platform, proficiency in Typescript (Node.js), and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in Typescript (Node.js), and be passionate about impact at scale and writing clean code.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in Typescript (Node.js).
• Experience in engineering SaaS products on a cloud platform for at least 3 years.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Must be based in the EST time zone and able to work early morning hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
• Past leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership position.
• Passion for technology, impact at scale, and writing clean code.
• Experience in ecommerce and/or payments is optional but beneficial.
• Ability to lead projects and deliver end-to-end successfully.
