Description:
The company, ServiceNow, is looking for a Staff Inbound Product Manager to develop an SDK for Now Assist, their Generative AI offering.
The role involves leading the evolution and adoption of the Generative AI platform to enable developers and non-technical users to build applications and workflows using Generative AI.
Responsibilities include defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with various teams, conducting market research, analyzing competitive offerings, and representing ServiceNow at industry events.
The role also involves mentoring and developing a team of product managers and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
8+ years of software product management experience.
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to focus on high-impact activities.
Experience with the ServiceNow platform or Product Management experience with SDK B2B.
Background in Software Engineering.
Ideally, experience with AI.
Ability to lead a team and coach employees at lower levels.
Benefits:
Base pay in the Bay Area ranging from $158,500 to $277,500, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
