Description:

Reddit is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to join the Scaled Ad Formats team, responsible for developing and enhancing ad formats on the platform.
The team focuses on expanding ad inventory, optimizing user experiences, and implementing infrastructure enhancements for ad products.
The role involves developing new features, improving existing ad formats, and laying the technical groundwork for future features and experiences.
Responsibilities include building ad experiences for Reddit's iOS app, collaborating with product and design teams, and engaging in the full iOS development cycle.

Requirements:

Expertise in iOS development with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
At least 3 years of Swift development experience.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and a product-focused mindset.
Experience in creating data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant apps for smartphones.
Completed 4+ iOS development projects from ideation to deployment in production.
Demonstrated experience in building multiple iOS projects with a team.
Proven track record of mentoring and uplifting team members' technical skills.
