Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 1+ year of experience in building and deploying production-ready features with generative AI.
A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning is required, with a strong foundation in building and refining models.
Proven experience in designing retrieval and recommendation systems that deliver personalized results is essential.
A collaborative spirit is necessary, with a track record of working effectively with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in owning model performance and behavior in live production environments is required.
Bonus points for experience in the developer tools space and familiarity with UI integration or production infrastructure development.

The position offers a base pay range of $208,500 - $245,000 USD.
