Description:

The main objective of this role will be to develop and implement machine learning models for fraud prevention. This will include batch models for detecting "mule" accounts and real-time models for account takeovers, monitoring card transactions, and monitoring transfers.
It will also be necessary to build the necessary foundations and structures to enable batch and real-time machine learning at Neon, utilizing modern technologies and best software practices. This may include partnerships with other machine learning infrastructure teams, collaboration with other teams with machine learning needs, hiring third parties, or building part of the infrastructure internally.
Finally, it will require collaboration with the engineering team to enable the implementation of machine learning alongside our rules engine.

Requirements:

Specialization in machine learning techniques and pipelines is required.
Expertise in data science and machine learning libraries in Python is necessary.
Previous experience in designing machine learning workflows from scratch is essential.
The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and mitigate risks in projects is required.
