The Staff Machine Learning Engineer will work on the Real-Time Bidding team, building, deploying, and optimizing ML models that drive over $100 million of annual programmatic marketing spend.
The role involves collaborating with the Data Engineering team to utilize high-quality data and enhance model performance in a low-latency environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have advanced SQL skills and experience with complex queries and large-scale data processing.
A good understanding of the Real-Time Bidding ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and ROI optimization, is required.
A solid foundation in statistics, probability, and modern machine learning techniques is essential, along with proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Demonstrated success in teamwork, accountability, and communication with cross-functional teams is necessary.
Candidates should be self-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities, and making practical trade-offs in a dynamic environment.
Proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining services on GCP or another major cloud platform, along with hands-on experience with Kubernetes, is required.
