Requirements:

• The candidate must have an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline and strong foundations in Python.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven industry experience is required.
• The candidate should maintain a high standard of code quality and enjoy building systems and tools for others.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to explain complex issues to stakeholders in simple terms.
• Hands-on experience in shipping machine learning-based projects in production is essential.
• The candidate should be excited about production systems and enabling LLMs and other ML models.
• Experience dealing with large amounts of data daily is a plus.
• A commitment to agile practices, cross-team collaboration, and data-driven development and evaluation is important.
• The candidate should believe in the Build-Measure-Learn methodology.
