As a Staff NLP Engineer, you will work with a cross-functional team applying the latest research in Generative AI and NLP, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
You will lead the exploration and application of LLMs and Generative AI, translating research into high-performing systems to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities include setting the team's strategic direction, fostering innovation, and engaging in all development aspects from ideation to deployment.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools, or applied ML, particularly in NLP and Generative AI.
In-depth experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Conversational AI is required.
Published research in the NLP field is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to contribute to cutting-edge research.
You should have a proven ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply advanced research into practical applications.
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with fine-tuning approaches and training models are essential.
A passion for tackling ambiguous technical problems and developing impactful solutions is necessary.
