  • As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer specializing in personalization, you will develop models and algorithms to enhance user experience through relevant offers.
  • Your role involves designing, building, and implementing personalization systems that focus on user engagement, offer relevancy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities include developing scalable machine learning models, leveraging user data for personalized recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, using A/B testing for model improvement, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • You must have 7+ years of experience in machine learning, particularly in personalization or recommendation systems.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and large-scale recommendation systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks is essential.
  • Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and deploying machine learning models in production environments is necessary.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to translate technical concepts into business impact.
