As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer specializing in personalization, you will develop models and algorithms to enhance user experience through relevant offers.
Your role involves designing, building, and implementing personalization systems that focus on user engagement, offer relevancy, and customer satisfaction.
You will have a direct impact on delivering value to users and brand partners.
Responsibilities include developing scalable machine learning models, leveraging user data for personalized recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, using A/B testing for model improvement, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements:
You must have 7+ years of experience in machine learning, particularly in personalization or recommendation systems.
Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and large-scale recommendation systems is required.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks is essential.
Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and deploying machine learning models in production environments is necessary.
Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques is expected.
