  • The Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and implement NLP-based systems that enhance user experience and improve search capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in building NLP and information retrieval systems for commercial applications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying high-performance ML systems with a focus on latency and throughput is essential.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks is necessary.
  • Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and deploying ML models to production environments is required.
  • A deep understanding of traditional and vector-based search algorithms is needed.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business impact are essential.
  • Candidates should be able to implement online/offline evaluation strategies to compare model iterations.
