The Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and implement NLP-based systems that enhance user experience and improve search capabilities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in building NLP and information retrieval systems for commercial applications.
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams is required.
Demonstrated experience in building and deploying high-performance ML systems with a focus on latency and throughput is essential.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks is necessary.
Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and deploying ML models to production environments is required.
A deep understanding of traditional and vector-based search algorithms is needed.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business impact are essential.
Candidates should be able to implement online/offline evaluation strategies to compare model iterations.
