Description:

Engineers will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing scalable, high-performance mobile applications.
Responsibilities include optimizing mobile performance, security, and reliability, leading mobile API integrations, and working with backend teams to create efficient APIs.
The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and defining best practices for mobile development.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in mobile development for iOS and/or Android.
Deep expertise in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android) for native app development is required.
Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or MAUI is necessary.
Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, animations, and accessibility is essential.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, Redux, or MobX is expected.
Hands-on experience integrating cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP) and local databases (Core Data, Room, Realm, SQLite) is required.
Proficiency in mobile security best practices, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and encryption techniques is necessary.
A strong understanding of automated testing frameworks (XCTest, Espresso, Detox, Cypress) is required.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, App Store Connect, Google Play Console) is essential.
Proven leadership in technical strategy, architecture, and mentoring engineers is expected.
