Description:
Saviynt is seeking an experienced and strategic professional for the role of Staff Partner Solutions Engineer, a technical position crucial for driving successful partnerships.
The role requires leveraging technical expertise to support the sales process, with a focus on identity security and architecture.
Candidates must be located in North America as this is a remote position.
Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of Saviynt’s EIC platform, providing technical leadership to partners and internal teams, and collaborating with partners to align Saviynt solutions with their technical needs.
The position involves developing and delivering technical training programs for partners, assisting in technical discovery, and providing pre-sales support through impactful presentations and demonstrations.
The Staff Partner Solutions Engineer will foster strong relationships with key partners, collaborate with product management and engineering, and contribute to partner-led marketing efforts.
Strategic planning responsibilities include contributing to partner sales strategies and assessing partner technical capabilities.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge through technical certifications from ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Microsoft, or Google.
A minimum of 8 years of previous Solutions Engineering experience is required.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Domain expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security is required.
Experience in Identity Governance and Administration with a firm grasp of concepts such as Identity Life Cycle Management and Access Certification is preferable.
Superior communication, relationship, and partner/customer service skills are necessary for assessing needs and selling solutions.
Exemplary technical skills are required, including database query experience, knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, and a basic understanding of networking technologies.
Preferred qualifications include understanding data governance concepts, experience with regulatory compliance frameworks, and familiarity with specific identity management tools and technologies.
