Description:
The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect at ServiceNow is responsible for helping customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
This role involves establishing best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health.
The Platform Architect does not perform platform configuration but guides partner and customer resources to achieve their goals through leading practices.
The role interfaces with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, implementation, and ongoing operations of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities include developing relationships with C-suite and business leaders, translating business objectives into outcomes, analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements, driving platform health, establishing delivery operating model governance, advocating ServiceNow's leading practices, contributing thought leadership, guiding customers through solution design, and defining solutions across the platform.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).
Experience working with functional business leaders to identify business objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps.
3+ years of large program experience leading architecture and design.
Enterprise or Solution Architect role and/or relevant experience in data modeling, core data design, security, integrations, and configuration management.
Experience in implementing one or more cloud-based systems such as Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
Familiarity with Enterprise Platforms.
