Description:
The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow helps customers achieve their business outcomes by providing Customer Success services.
The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect is an advisory role responsible for establishing a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions that drive business outcomes.
This role involves establishing and supporting best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health.
The position is highly consultative and does not involve configuration on the platform but guides partner and customer resources to achieve their goals through leading practices.
The architect will interact with customers across various levels, including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring, implementation, and ongoing operations of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities include developing relationships with C-suite and business leaders, analyzing business information and technical requirements, driving platform health, establishing delivery operating model governance, advocating for ServiceNow’s leading practices, contributing thought leadership, guiding customers through solution design, and defining solutions across the platform.
Requirements:
Management consulting experience is preferred, particularly with Big 4 firms or OEM software/cloud companies.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting leadership roles focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software) is required.
Experience as an enterprise architect in a Fortune 500 or OEM software/cloud company is necessary.
Candidates should have a career progression in technical and architecture roles.
Experience working with functional business leaders to identify business objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps is essential.
A minimum of 3 years of large program experience leading architecture and design is required.
Candidates should have experience in an Enterprise or Solution Architect role, including data modeling, core data design, security, integrations, and configuration management.
Experience implementing cloud-based systems such as Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud is required, with 1-2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience desired but not mandatory.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms is preferred.
