Description:
Printify is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer specializing in NodeJS/DevOps to join their Engineering Platform team.
The role involves building and maintaining core platform components, services, internal APIs, and systems for Printify engineering staff.
Responsibilities include solving technical problems of high complexity, identifying areas for codebase improvement, participating in pair programming, code reviews, and testing.
The position requires contributing to the company's engineering culture and fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
The technology stack includes TypeScript, NestJS, Jest, GitHub, Jenkins, Prometheus & Grafana, Terraform, Helm, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a Senior/Staff Engineer, strong expertise in NodeJS/TypeScript, hands-on experience with Infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Observability), and excellent communication skills in English.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of proven work experience in roles like Senior/Staff Engineer.
Strong expertise in NodeJS/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Observability), beyond mere usage.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and patterns.
Knowledge of design principles and development practices.
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
