Description:

  • Printify is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer specializing in NodeJS/DevOps to join their Engineering Platform team.
  • The role involves building and maintaining core platform components, services, internal APIs, and systems for Printify engineering staff.
  • Responsibilities include solving technical problems of high complexity, identifying areas for codebase improvement, participating in pair programming, code reviews, and testing.
  • The position requires contributing to the company's engineering culture and fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • The technology stack includes TypeScript, NestJS, Jest, GitHub, Jenkins, Prometheus & Grafana, Terraform, Helm, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a Senior/Staff Engineer, strong expertise in NodeJS/TypeScript, hands-on experience with Infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Observability), and excellent communication skills in English.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of proven work experience in roles like Senior/Staff Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in NodeJS/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Observability), beyond mere usage.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design and patterns.
  • Knowledge of design principles and development practices.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
