Description:

  • The Analog and Connectivity Business Unit (A&C) is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to lead the product development of cutting-edge sensor products.
  • Responsibilities include developing test plans to ensure datasheet specifications are met, owning qualification plans to comply with JEDEC/AEC quality standards, conducting reliability tests for product quality assessment, collaborating with cross-functional teams during silicon debug and failure analysis, and managing product BOM.
  • The role also involves monitoring production data for yield and quality improvements using statistical analysis tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product engineering with a strong analog circuit background.
  • Familiarity with ATE tester platforms like Teradyne J750, Advantest 93K, and mixed-signal testing.
  • Proficiency in analog and mix-signal circuitry, device physics, test methodology, and DFT knowledge.
  • Experience with lab test equipment, JEDEC/AEC qualification standards, yield management tools, and semiconductor failure analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required, MS preferred.
