Description:

Delinea is seeking an experienced Staff Product Security Architect to lead and execute its Product Security Program.
This role involves designing the overall strategy for the Product Security Program and performing secure design reviews and threat modeling.
The candidate will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Development, and DevOps teams to balance security with business objectives.
Responsibilities include providing leadership in product security, defining future state roadmaps, promoting security architecture adoption, and advising on secure design practices.
The role requires performing end-to-end security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and participating in the S-SDLC program.
The Staff Product Security Architect will also provide guidance on vulnerability management and stay updated on the threat landscape and industry trends.
This position is fully remote and reports to the Director of Product Security.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have ten years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, with at least seven years in a Product Security role.
Expertise in Security Architecture, Threat Modeling, Secure Design, and AppSec tooling is essential.
Familiarity with the current Product Security threat landscape and industry best practices is necessary.
Experience with cloud security, cryptography, SaaS multi-tenant architecture, REST APIs, and containers is required.
Proficiency in integrating security testing tools into development pipelines and using defect tracking and source code management tools is needed.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for influencing stakeholders.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical security issues clearly.
