Description:

Delinea is seeking an experienced Staff Product Security Architect to lead and execute its Product Security Program.
This role involves designing the overall strategy for the Product Security Program and performing secure design reviews and threat modeling.
The candidate will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Development, and DevOps teams to balance security with business objectives.
Responsibilities include providing leadership, defining future state roadmaps, promoting security architecture adoption, advising on secure design, performing security architecture reviews, and participating in the S-SDLC program.
The position is fully remote and reports to the Director of Product Security.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have ten years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, with at least seven years in a Product Security role.
Expertise in Security Architecture, Threat Modeling, Secure Design, and AppSec tooling is essential.
Familiarity with the current Product Security threat landscape and industry best practices is necessary.
Experience with technologies such as Cloud Security, Cryptography, SaaS multi-tenant architecture, REST APIs, Containers, and security testing tools is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are needed to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining technical security issues clearly.
