Description:

Lime is seeking a Staff Quantitative UX Researcher / Survey specialist to join their Product team.
The role involves leading research for the iOS / Android Lime Rider app and contributing to safety programs, city integrations, monetization strategy, and hardware teams.
Responsibilities include defining and measuring quantitative UX goals and metrics, conducting statistical analysis, and supporting product teams with survey planning and analysis.
The researcher will own the research lifecycle, translate insights to influence product decisions, and demonstrate the value of quantitative user research.
The position requires excellent statistical and scientific judgment to produce rigorous results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an applied research setting is necessary.
Proficiency in programming languages for data manipulation and computational statistics, as well as experience with SQL, is required.
Experience with product research in end-to-end, usability, or generative settings is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related field and 7+ years of experience in an applied research setting.
A deep understanding of probability and statistics, including causal inference, is preferred.
Expertise in mobile app design and development, particularly in transportation and hardware partnerships, is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration skills, and the ability to teach others are important.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
