Multi Media, LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Staff Security Engineer to join its expanding Security team.
The Staff Security Engineer will lead the design and implementation of robust security frameworks and controls to protect the company's diverse assets and ensure end-user trust.
The role involves proactively identifying and mitigating security risks through design reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation.
The Staff Security Engineer will respond to and learn from security incidents, focusing on protecting employee data, public cloud assets, products, and customer data.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributions to strategic decisions in shaping the company's cybersecurity functions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, encompassing security engineering and related technical domains.
Strong expertise in handling information security incidents and conducting threat assessments is required.
Experience in application security vulnerability triage and the implementation of mitigating controls is necessary.
Knowledge of log analysis and forensics across disparate systems and environments is essential.
High proficiency in one modern programming language, such as Python or Go, is required.
A strong understanding of public cloud environments, such as GCP and AWS, is necessary.
Candidates should be knowledgeable in standard compliance and control frameworks, including PCI-DSS, NIST-CSF, and ISO-27001.
A strong drive for innovation, a curious mind, and a deep passion for cybersecurity are essential traits.
Bonus points for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, advanced cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SANS GIAC, Offensive Security, ISC2), and offensive security or pentesting experience.
