Description:

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
Maintain security monitoring solutions and enhance alerting capabilities.
Provide expertise on architecture, authentication, system security, and software design.
Administer security infrastructure and applications like intrusion detection systems and firewalls.
Automate security processes and infrastructure.
Review and improve application security controls continuously.
Partner with developers to implement application security standards.
Research emerging security products and services.
Assist in planning and executing a security roadmap.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of InfoSec experience in financial or technology startups.
Proficiency in securing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and monitoring Kubernetes clusters.
Strong knowledge of web application design, development, and testing.
Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
Familiarity with hardening MacOS and Linux Systems.
Experience with PCI/SOC2/HIPPA audits is a plus.
Knowledge of security and control frameworks.
Minimum 2 years of experience in responding to security incidents.
