Description:
ConfigHub is building the next-generation configuration experience for cloud applications and infrastructure.
The role involves working with an experienced team to deliver a product with industry-level impact.
The candidate will be responsible for deciding the frontend tech stack and architecture.
The role includes building the initial frontend and leading the frontend team.
The candidate will innovate in UX for cloud infrastructure and applications and incorporate AI to enhance user experience.
The UI will face technical and UX challenges, requiring it to be dynamic, customizable, and extensible.
The candidate must make key technology and architectural decisions for the frontend and adapt those decisions as the product evolves.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguous tasks and a blurry vision.
The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in writing to help the team understand plans and milestones.
The candidate should have a vision for the systems they work on and know how to build incremental milestones.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
The candidate should have 5+ years of Web UI (frontend) development experience.
Experience in leading technical projects is required.
Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, CSS, and HTML is necessary.
The candidate must have experience with one major modern interactive web UI framework such as React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
Nice-to-haves include experience with 2+ Javascript frameworks, Web UI extensions, micro-frontends, server-driven UI, GraphQL, Figma, UX design, startups, B2B SaaS, contributing to open-source projects, and backend development.
