Responsibilities include researching and developing best practices for software delivery, participating in code reviews, and championing new processes and technologies.
The developer will own the technology direction, mentor Build team members, and write architecture documentation.
The position requires designing and building robust production infrastructure for machine learning models, focusing on testability and consistency.
The developer will define the processes, technologies, and algorithms for building and training ML models and infrastructure.

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional, hands-on development experience.
A deep knowledge of web application architecture across the entire stack is required.
Experience in building distributed systems, including message queues and multiple data stores, is essential.
Expertise in Git workflows is necessary, with GitHub Actions experience considered an asset.
Candidates should have experience developing code quality standards and best practices.
A willingness to identify and propose improvements is expected.
The ability to understand complex tasks and simplify them is crucial.
Previous experience with machine learning technologies, beyond just LLMs, is required.
A demonstrated ability to release production-quality machine learning features in existing production environments is necessary.
