Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of test automation experience is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go is essential.
• The candidate must be willing to work with new programming languages and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, testing techniques, and quality assurance principles is necessary.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Spinnaker is required.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to triage complex issues are a must.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation, are preferred.

Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is $185,725 - $218,500 per year, plus bonus and equity.
