Remote Staff Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with equivalent education and experience.
• A proven track record of delivering sophisticated software solutions in a leadership capacity with high quality is required.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, along with mastery over data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, are necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in web application development, including Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and Hibernate is essential.
• Candidates should have experience with relational databases like MySQL, MariaDB, and SQL, as well as a solid grasp of version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of OAuth2 and the ability to quickly learn new systems and create proofs of concept (POCs) is required.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is necessary.
