Description:

As a Staff Software Engineer at FourKites, you will have the opportunity to work on features end to end, both backend and frontend, using technologies such as RoR, Java, GoLang, Angular, React, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
You will develop products that can revolutionize the logistics industry and will be utilized by major corporations globally.
Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the ecosystem and integrate new features.
Work closely with the US team and customers to shape the logistics and supply chain industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or related field from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering and Web application development.
Strong understanding of software design, Microservices architecture, object-oriented principles, and design patterns.
Proficiency in RoR, Golang, or Java for software/services development.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with cloud services like Azure or AWS.
Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of Git, Agile tools like JIRA & Confluence, and Agile SDLC.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
