Remote Staff Software Engineer

• Grow Therapy is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their team in New York, New York, or work remotely.
• The company aims to support therapists and patients by providing high-quality mental healthcare services through a technology-driven marketplace.
• The Staff Software Engineer will have autonomy and work on various product areas such as the provider portal, marketplace, client experience, infrastructure, and operations.
• Responsibilities include working with Flask/Python on the backend, React/TypeScript on the frontend, and AWS infrastructure.
• Projects may involve developing a cost estimation platform, enhancing note-taking experiences for providers, and optimizing search ranking and performance.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of engineering experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, a product-focused mindset, leadership skills, and a collaborative nature.
• Bonus points for experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, Flask, and engaging in interesting side projects.
• The salary range for this position is $228,000 to $250,000 per year.
